Parents could make whiplash compensation claim for minibus accident
A school minibus has crashed in Fife causing serious personal injuries to several passengers.
A number of parents may consider making whiplash compensation claims after their children were involved in the accident along the M90 on Wednesday.
The road traffic accident happened at around 2pm as the minibus travelled towards Pitreavie.
Officers closed nearby roads as paramedics attended the scene and treated passengers involved in the crash.
Three of the casualties were taken to Queen Margaret Hospital suffering from personal injuries that may have included whiplash.
Parents of the children onboard the 16-seater bus may consider consulting a personal injury solicitor to make whiplash compensation claims.
