Hospitals no place for farming

A Daily Mail investigation has found that 50% of UK hospitals are ignoring Government guidelines and allowing unscrupulous UK personal injury solicitors to advertise in their waiting rooms.

It reported that one Hampshire firm of UK personal injury solicitors were even providing 'bedside legal advice'.

This goes against a 2004 government dictum which advised hospitals to end associations with UK personal injury solicitors.

A spokesperson for no win no fee specialists The Claim Solicitors said, "Just as everywhere in the world, in the UK, personal injury solicitors have a responsibility to behave ethically. Hospitals must not compromise themselves either.

"I have enough trust in the intelligence of Britain's public to believe that if a person feels they have a valid case for a no win no fee claim, they can find a personal injury solicitor or compensation claim expert independently, without being badgered into doing so."
