Passengers could make no win no fee claims for bus crash
A number of passengers onboard a bus that crashed in Birmingham may consider making no win no fee claims for personal injuries.
Two people were taken to hospital following the road traffic accident involving two cars and a bus at the southbound stretch of the Queensway Tunnel.
Morning commuters faced severe delays after police closed the tunnel and cleared the scene of the vehicle accident.
According to an ambulance spokesperson, two motorists were taken to hospital with minor personal injuries.
If any passengers onboard the bus suffered serious personal injuries such as whiplash, they may well consider contacting personal injuries solicitors to make no win no fee compensation claims.
