Woman could make whiplash injury compensation claim

A woman involved in a serious road accident in Distington may consider making a whiplash injury compensation claim for her personal injury.

The woman was lucky to escape suffering serious personal injuries in the crash after an Audi 100 collided with a Mercedes minibus on the A595 at around 4.30pm on October 24th.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the car accident and paramedics attended to the casualties before taken them to hospital.

The woman involved in the crash was driven to West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven where doctors said she had suffered a whiplash injury.

All four passengers in the minibus suffered personal injuries in the collision.

In the future, the woman may consider making a whiplash injury compensation claim for the injury she sustained in the vehicle accident.
