Female driver could claim car accident compensation

A female driver involved in a serious car crash could be in a position to make a car accident compensation claim after a man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.

The road traffic accident occurred on Whitehall Road at Norwood Green, Halifax, when a Volkswagen Polo and a Vauxhall Vectra collided at around 6.55am on 15th February.

Commuters faced severe days after police closed the road to investigate the scene of the vehicle accident.

Motorists involved in the crash escaped from suffering serious personal injuries but the female Polo driver may have sustained whiplash.

PC Simon Hall has appealed to witnesses to come forward with information regarding the car accident.

He said, "We would like to hear from anybody who saw the movement of the Vectra as it travelled towards Hipperholme."

In the future, the female motorist may consider speaking to personal injury solicitors in order to make a car accident compensation claim.
