Scottish street's cat and dog divide
A 37-year-old Scottish woman and her husband are considering hiring some personal injury solicitors after their cat was mauled by a neighbour's dog.
The mauling left the six-year-old cat with serious personal injuries, including a detached leg and knee.
A decision was made to possibly employ the services of personal injury solicitors after the couple sent the £1,200 vet bill to the owners of the 12-stone sheepdog only to have it returned.
They were then shocked to hear that the sheepdog's owners claimed the cat was in fact responsible for attacking the dog.
No news has yet been released as to whether they will seek to find personal injury solicitors who operate on a no win no fee basis.
