Personal injury solicitors help parents sue
A couple have made a $25,000 compensation claim after their son was allegedly hit by a motorcycle during a staged event in 2003.
Jeff and Shannon Chavalia, from Perrysburg, Ohio, contacted personal injury solicitors and made an accident claim for the injuries their son, Austyn, sustained at the Arenacross event four years ago.
According to the claim, Austyn was hurt when a participant of the indoor motorcycle race lost control of their vehicle and he later required medical treatment for the personal injuries he sustained to his face, lips and eyes.
The $25,000 injury claim has been made against the Toledo Sports Arena and Clear Channel Entertainment, who sponsor the event.
Personal injury solicitors are claiming that the motorcycle accident could have been prevented if the race track had been built with stronger safety barriers.
