Personal injury claim made for dog attack
Marvin Gaye's son is being sued by the son of another Motown legend, Lou Rawls, claiming that he suffered serious personal injuries in a dog bite attack.
Lou Rawls Jr contacted personal injury solicitors and made a personal injury claim against Marvin Gaye lll after allegedly being attacked by four of his large dogs.
In Los Angeles Superior Court, Rawls claimed that he suffered serious personal injuries in the 2005 attack after being clawed and bitten by the animals in his friend's Hollywood home.
He decided to consult a compensation solicitor, claiming that the attack caused him to suffer "loss of blood, tearing flesh, multiple dog bite wounds, fear of disease" and other personal injuries.
The personal injury claim continues.
