Amputee groundsman wins compensation
A groundsman from Kent has, with the help of a firm of no win, no fee solicitors, won a substantial sum of accident at work compensation for injuries he suffered in an October 2003 work accident.
The man decided to seek the help of no win, no fee solicitors, through trade union UNISON, after he lost an arm when trying to dislodge grass cuttings from a tractor mower.
In an earlier criminal hearing, separate to the one which the man employed no win, no fee solicitors for, the manufacturers of the mower were successfully prosecuted.
The man said that thanks to the compensation claim payout secured by his no win, no fee solicitor, "I've now managed to get on with my life and returned to part-time work."
