'Uncanny' accident for personal injury solicitor

A no win no fee solicitor has successfully made a compensation claim for personal injuries he sustained while taking a trip to court.

The solicitor from Birmingham, Alabama, was on his way to represent a client who had sustained a whiplash injury in a rear impact car accident when he was shunted from behind in circumstances 'uncannily' like that of his client.

"Yes, it's a real irony." The no win no fee solicitor said, "I mean the two whiplash injury compensation claims were almost identical in every way. Similar vehicles.the same stretch of road. Uncanny. Real uncanny."

The no win no fee solicitor won both his and his client's no win no fee claims.

"You know it's weird," He told media, "I've represented a lot of whiplash injury compensation claims in my time, but only now do I understand the true severity of a whiplash injury. It can be really debilitating."

The no win no fee solicitor said that both he and his client are now recovered from the whiplash injuries they suffered in their respective car accidents.
