Lopez faces animal accident claim

Hollywood actress and Latino pop superstar Jennifer Lopez is facing a no-win no-fee claim for an incident in which it is alleged a flight attendant suffered a serious back injury after being knocked over by the multi-millionaire’s dog.

While filing the no-win no-fee claim documentation at a court in New York, the claimant’s personal injury lawyer detailed how the actress allegedly lost control of her dog during the flight, running into the legs of the flight attendant and causing her to fall to the floor.

The personal injury lawyer outlined his client’s case, arguing, "The dog was obviously dangerous and we will prove at trial that it was only a matter of time before he hurt someone."

The no-win no-fee claim will seek to prove that the dog should have been better trained and will call on the expert testimony of an animal behaviour specialist.

It is understood that Lopez has consulted the opinion of another animal behaviour specialist in an attempt to defend the case.
