Personal injury claim settled with help of reconstruction experts
100 percent motorbike accident compensation is to be awarded to a Shropshire man who suffered serious multiple injuries, including the loss of his left eye, in a head-on collision with another motorcycle on the B4363.
During a hearing at London's High Court a judge ruled that although the 45-year-old motorbike accident compensation claimant could remember nothing of the incident, the other rider involved must be considered 100 percent responsible. This verdict was reached with the assistance of road accident reconstruction experts.
Following the hearing, the claimant commented, "I am delighted by the judgment and Sir Robert Nelson's finding that there was no fault at all on my part. My family and I can now move forward from this horrific accident which has had a life changing effect on our lives."
Despite the fact that the decision took a full three-days hearing to achieve, a final figure of motorbike accident compensation is yet to be resolved. However, the settlement achieved by the claimant's personal injury solicitor is expected to be worth more than £1 million.
