Man could make whiplash claim for injuries
A motorist could make a whiplash claim after being involved in a collision in Lythe.
The road accident happened on the A174 between Lythe and Hinderwell when a Suzuki Vitara and a DAF lorry collided at around 7am on Thursday.
An ambulance was called to the scene of the car crash and the 21-year-old driver of the Suzuki was rushed to hospital with suspected whiplash and head injuries.
In the future, he may consider making a whiplash claim for personal injuries he sustained in the collision.
The 43-year-old driver of the lorry was unharmed in the motor accident.
