Man could make whiplash claim for injuries

A motorist could make a whiplash claim after being involved in a collision in Lythe.

The road accident happened on the A174 between Lythe and Hinderwell when a Suzuki Vitara and a DAF lorry collided at around 7am on Thursday.

An ambulance was called to the scene of the car crash and the 21-year-old driver of the Suzuki was rushed to hospital with suspected whiplash and head injuries.

In the future, he may consider making a whiplash claim for personal injuries he sustained in the collision.

The 43-year-old driver of the lorry was unharmed in the motor accident.
