Rugby driver could claim whiplash injury compensation

A motorist may consider making a whiplash injury compensation claim after being involved in a serious road accident on the A45 near Stretton-on-Dunsmore, Rugby.

The car crash happened after a Seat Toledo and Renault Laguna collided, causing both drivers to suffer personal injuries.

The 33-year-old driver of the Seat suffered hand injuries and whiplash; their passenger, a 41-year-old man sustained a knee injury.

The Renault driver, a 30-year-old woman, sustained bruises in the road traffic accident but did not require hospital treatment.
