Injured man could make car accident compensation claim

A man who was injured when his car crashed with an empty bus may consider making a car accident compensation claim.

The 27-year-old man was taken to hospital following the serious traffic accident in Aberdeen, which happened on the Great Northern Road at around 10.00am.

It is believed he may have suffered back injuries in the crash and possible whiplash.

The driver of the coach escaped the road accident without any serious personal injuries and did not require hospital treatment.

In the future, the driver of the vehicle may consider making a car accident compensation claim for the road traffic injuries he sustained in the collision.
