Student left injured after car accident
A 21-year-old student from north London is looking to make a car accident compensation claim after her car was hit from behind on her way home from work.
The car crash victim was stationery at traffic lights when another vehicle crashed into the back of her. The female driver sustained severe neck and back injuries as a result of the collision and has since had to take time off work.
The student is now looking to make a compensation claim of around £10,000 to cover the cost of her loss of earnings and the emotional and physical impact the accident caused.
The other driver involved in the car accident has been accused of speeding and driving without due care and attention. He refused to comment on the allegations made against him.
It has not been reported when the car accident compensation claim will come to court.
