Passengers could make whiplash compensation claims for crash
A number of passengers could be making whiplash compensation claims after a bus travelling in Ealing, London, collided with a car.
The road traffic accident occurred on 5th March at 8.45pm at the junction of Uxbridge Road. It is not believed that anybody sustained serious personal injuries in the crash but some may have sustained whiplash.
Commuters faced severe traffic delays as police attended the scene of the motor accident.
An eyewitness said, "It looked really bad. There is definitely someone hurt and there has been lots of paramedics around the car for ages."
In the future, people who may have suffered passenger injuries may consider consulting personal injury solicitors to claim whiplash compensation.
