Injured at work? See if we can get worker compensation for you

We understand that suffering an injury can affect your life in a whole range of ways, and we believe through our worker compensation service, we can help you. We ensure that our customers are protected from all costs and fees, so at no point is there any financial risk when getting worker compensation through us.

A recent successful worker compensation claim
In June 2002, our customer was working a night shift in a warehouse. He bent over to move a heavy reel of plastic, when he felt a searing sensation in his lower back and was immediately immobilised.

He attended his GP, who referred him to hospital for an x-ray of his back and prescribed pain relieving medication. He was signed off work for 6 weeks and attended regular physiotherapy sessions.

He also suffered from long term depression and the back injury made this worse, as he could not do day to day essentials.

He decided to make a worker compensation claim, and entered into a no win, no fee agreement with us in December 2002.

We investigated his case and sent a detailed Letter of Claim to his employer in February 2003, notifying the company that he was making a claim for worker compensation against them.

To support our customer’s claim, his medical records, a consultant orthopaedic report and a psychologist report were obtained.

Agreement could not be reached, and the claim went to Court in March 2005.

The worker compensation claim was settled in favour of our client, and he was awarded £32,616.45 for his injuries.
