Investigation launched in butcher's fatal accident at work
A Canadian butcher has died following an accident at work after he slipped and was stabbed in the eye by a knife.
The 32-year-old was working for the store in Lansdowne when the work place accident happened on 21st September at 7.45am.
The man sustained a serious personal injury and was rushed to the University of Alberta hospital but died the following day.
An investigation has been launched into the butcher's accident at work by the Alberta Workplace Heath and Safety.
The store has also been advised to carry out their own investigation into the man's fatal accident.
